Arada London has secured four awards across two of its London developments at the International Property Awards 2026, with Fulton & Fifth in Wembley and 100 Chalk Farm Road in Camden recognised for their design, placemaking and residential offer.
Fulton & Fifth has been awarded Best Mixed-Use Development, London for the second time, having first won the regional title in 2023. It has also been named Best Mixed-Use Development, UK, alongside Best Residential Property Interior Show Home, London for its two John Lewis-designed show apartments.
Located within a 10-minute walk of Wembley Stadium, Fulton & Fifth comprises more than 800 homes alongside a range of resident amenities including a 14-metre swimming pool, gym, yoga room, private cinema, landscaped gardens, concierge and a 24/7 golf simulator. The two show apartments were designed to showcase the development’s quality and lifestyle offer while supporting sales, investor engagement and events.
In Camden, 100 Chalk Farm Road was awarded Best Apartment Development, London.
Located beside the Grade II* listed Roundhouse within the Regent’s Canal Conservation Area, the development has been designed to respond sensitively to its historic surroundings. The scheme will deliver 264 student beds, including 24 affordable beds, 30 affordable homes and almost 11,000 sq ft of commercial space, alongside extensive resident amenities and significant public realm improvements.
Construction began in early 2026, with the project targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum.
Paul Eden, Arada London, said:
“The Arada London teams, from design and construction through to sales and customer care, put considerable effort into making sure our projects are of the highest quality. It is encouraging to see that recognised by the judges at the International Property Awards, with four accolades awarded to us this year.
“Whether a home for sale or rent, or purpose-built student accommodation, we are equally proud of the work of our teams and the end result – new and distinctive places in London.”
